Fourth, the configuration of the pump import and export pipeline: in order to reduce pipeline flow resistance and improve pipeline conveying efficiency, the pump inlet and outlet pipe diameter should be larger than the pump inlet and outlet caliber.
Fifth, in order to better visualize the operation of the pump, the pump should be installed in the pump outlet pressure gauge, installed in the pump outlet first valve and the pump outlet flange between the straight section of the pipeline, otherwise there is no point!
Sixth, the pump import and export pipeline should be set gravity support system, the pump can not bear the weight of the pipeline, otherwise over time, the pump is prone to deformation.
Seven, the setup of the return pipe: filter press pump in normal operating conditions, when the pump reaches a certain pressure, the flow rate is less than 30% of the rated flow rate, at this time it is necessary to open the valve on the return pipe for the diversion, so that it can stabilize the pressure of the feed to the filter press, but also to ensure that the material in the pump chamber always contains a certain amount of moisture in the liquid state. Otherwise, the pressure inside the filter press drops, the material in the pump chamber due to hold pressure, under the action of centrifugal force to make the material dry, increasing the friction between the material and the pump, shortening the service life of the pump.
Eight, if it is an automatic control device, it is recommended to install a safety valve on the outlet pipeline, when the pressure reaches a certain value, automatically open the safety valve back to the pipeline.
