Vane pump, camshaft, tappet body and metering valve are one of the main components of high-pressure oil pump system.
vane pump function:
1. Deliver a certain pressure of fuel from the fuel tank of a diesel vehicle to the high-pressure fuel pump;
2. Deliver fuel circulation to cool the high-pressure oil pump.
Camshaft function:
1. Connect the diesel engine to transmit torque;
2. Convert the rotary motion of the camshaft into linear reciprocating motion and drive the tappet body;
3. Drive vane pump.
Function of tappet body:
1. The movement of the cam is smoothly transmitted to the plunger;
2. Adjust the oil supply time of the plunger appropriately.
metering valve function:
1. Control the amount of oil entering the rail pipe to meet the requirements of the pressure setting of the common rail system;
2, together with the rail pressure sensor to form a closed-loop control of the rail pressure.
